Main Model Muscles

External silhouette (body shape) is composed of the orientation of stacked blocks (joint angles), as shown in the diagram above. The left diagram shows blocks oriented in a "curvy" direction (joint angles), while the right diagram shows blocks oriented "straight" - this difference creates the external silhouette and forms the body shape.
Typically, when viewing ordinary women's bodies from the side, the joint angles tilt forward or backward at various points, creating uneven skeletal joint angles. In other words, they have a "curvy body" (left figure).
What is the secret behind top models' refined body lines? It's the linear silhouette connected from head to toe (right figure). In other words, it's a "straight body" (right figure).
This means that to achieve a model's refined body lines, you must change from "curvy" to "straight" - no matter how much weight you lose, you won't lose weight beautifully without this change. Without changing from "curvy" to "straight," even when you lose weight, you might only lose it from your upper body, your legs won't become beautifully straight, your protruding belly won't slim down, leading to disappointing results.
